We take great care in delivering fresh, healthy plants and quality gardening products to your doorstep. However, if something isn't right, we’re here to make it right.

🕒 Return Policy

  • Live Plants can only be returned at the time of delivery. Please inspect your plants upon arrival and inform our delivery team immediately if you are not satisfied.

  • For non-plant items (such as pots, tools, accessories), you may request a return within 2 days of delivery.

✅ Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided

🔁 Return Process

  1. Contact us within the return window via WhatsApp, Call, or our Website Chat to initiate the return.

  2. We will guide you through the return procedure based on the item category.

  3. Once your item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

💸 Refunds

  • If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method or offer a store credit, based on your preference.

  • Refunds for returned items (except live plants) will be issued after inspection.

🚚 Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
