Coliflor Alba Seeds produce fine white cauliflower heads with bent leaves that act as covering. These seeds are directly sown into the ground from June to August in Mediterranean climates, and June to July in continental climates. The plant prefers full sun but also tolerates shade and humidity and needs to be watered frequently and regularly. Heads will be ready for harvest from January to November once the heads are firm and hard, but not rough.
