Plumeria obtusa, commonly known as Frangipani, Temple Tree, or Singapore Plumeria, is a stunning tropical flowering plant that adds beauty and fragrance to any landscape. This deciduous shrub or small tree is known for its thick, sparsely branched stems and lush, spirally arranged leaves.

The leaves are lance-shaped, slightly wrinkled, and rich green—reaching up to 30cm in length with fine hairs on the underside. During the warm months from summer to autumn, the plant blooms with clusters of salverform, white flowers with bright yellow centers, measuring approximately 6cm across. These highly fragrant blooms not only add visual appeal but also attract pollinators like butterflies.
